Review - This movie had a very limited release, and that's to bad, because what a good little movie this turned out to be. Nobody can play the lovable loser like William H. Macy can, and he has probably his best turn since Fargo. Also I can see why Alec Baldwin received an Oscar nod his supporting performance, he plays quite the asshole. As ludicrous as a man who is so unlucky his bad luck spreads to the gambling tables he plays at (hence the cooler), the casino has him on pay role to cool down people who are on a winning streaks, it is still a fun and touching movie.
Rating - I have no problem recommending this to someone who likes good little movies.
