Review - I love to support Canadian Cinema, but when they keep putting things like this out, it is hard to do. They have tried to create a Mockumentary about meter maids in Vancouver, it starts off quite funny, but then just loses it. It can't decide to be a movie or a documentary and does not keep it's focus in that sense.
Rating - I have trouble recommending this, maybe catch it on a cheap night or something if there is nothing else to see. Or wait for video.
